TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR VEGASHOP.DK
VEGA offers online shopping for consumers via the Vegashop.dk online store (hereinafter 'Online Store'). The terms and conditions set out below ('Terms and Conditions') constitute an agreement between you and VEGA that applies to purchases you make in the Online Store. You should read and understand these Terms and Conditions carefully before making a purchase from the Online Store.
WHO ARE WE?
References in these Terms and conditions to "VEGA", " Koncertvirksomhedens Fond/VEGA – Musikkens Hus", “Vegashop.dk” "we" or "us" shall be references to Koncertvirksomhedens Fond/VEGA – Musikkens Hus, a public limited company registered in Denmark with VAT code Dk- 19233774, on Enghavevej 40, 1674 København V, Denmark and with Central Business Registration no: 19233774.
If you have any questions or need help with the Online Store, its content or some of the Terms and Conditions, please contact us at email@example.com. Please avoid mentioning sensitive payment information in e-mail correspondence as this type of communication is not secure by definition.
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Changes may be made to these Terms and Conditions. Please check regularly to ensure you are familiar with any changes. The issue date of this version of the Terms and Conditions is indicated at the top of this page. If you make a purchase in the Online Store, you agree to abide by the version of the Terms and Conditions available in the Online Store on the respective purchase date. Previous versions of the Terms and Conditions are available from firstname.lastname@example.org.
PURCHASE OF ITEMS
Payments can be made in the Online Store via a secure connection between Vegashop.dk and Bambora. Payments are processed by Bambora in accordance with an agreement with VEGA.
You can pay with MobilePay, Dankort/VISA-Dankort, eDankort, VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and JCB in the Online Store. Payments will not be taken from your account until items are shipped.
All prices stated in the Online Store include DK VAT of 25%.
You agree that VEGA may deduct amounts from the payment card or account specified by you (whichever is relevant) for the purchase of items. Making purchases in the Online Store requires that you are entitled to enter contracts and/or make purchases electronically.
VEGA shall be entitled at any time to change prices and availability of any item or collection of items without advance notice. We will not offer refunds in the event of temporary or permanent price drops following a purchase at a higher price.
Unless stated otherwise below, all purchases are binding.
Items purchased in the Online Store will be delivered via Postnord, GLS, Bring, UPS and DHL.
More information about this is available when you check out and select your delivery type. The delivery charges applicable at any given time can be found at the check out page.
RIGHT TO CANCEL IN CONNECTION WITH ITEMS
You can cancel contracts in accordance with Section 18 of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act. The time limit for cancelling a contract is 14 days from the date of delivery. You will have received information about your right to cancel and information about Vegashop.dk prior to placing your order.
If you have not received this information, the time limit will not start until you have received the information in writing (in hard copy or by e-mail for example). The time limit will expire, however, 12 months after the date on which you receive your items. If you have received information prior to placing your order and you receive your purchases on Monday 1st, for example, you have until Monday 15th inclusive in which to cancel the contract. If you do not receive information until after you have placed your order, for example on Wednesday 3rd, you have until Wednesday 17th inclusive in which to cancel the contract.
If the time limit expires on a public holiday, Sunday, Danish Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Day, you can wait until the next working day.
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel, you must inform Vegashop.dk that you wish to cancel your purchase in writing no later than 14 days after receiving your items. You must then return these items to the address below no later than 14 days after the date on which you notified Vegashop.dk of your cancellation.

If you wish to exercise your right to cancel, you can use the standard cancellation form here of these Terms and Conditions.
It will suffice if you have entrusted items to a postal service or another company, which has undertaken to ship your items, prior to the expiry of the time limit. If you want proof that you have cancelled in time, keep the receipt showing that you entrusted items to a postal service etc. for shipping. You will be responsible for the costs associated with returning items.
You may not cancel a contract by not wanting to receive items or you fail to collect items from a post office etc.
The right to cancel shall be void if the seal is broken on vinyl records, DVDs, CDs or other sealed items containing audio or video recordings.
Returned items must be in their original packaging.
You accept the risk of any reduction in the value of items, resulting, for example, from damage or use during the period in which the items were in your possession. Consequently, you shall reimburse Vegashop.dk for any reduction in value if items are to be returned.
Return items along with the relevant invoice (or a copy of the front and back page).
COMPLAINTS ABOUT ITEMS
Items are covered by the defect regulations in the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
Please check items you receive for any errors or defects. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact Vegashop.dk at email@example.com as soon as possible after noticing that your item is defective or incorrect. You must raise a complaint within a 'reasonable period' after discovering that your item is defective.
Once we receive notification of errors or defects, we will send you a franked returns label. Return items in the same condition as you received them and enclose a description of the damage or error. We will then send you a defect-free or correct item as the case may be. Incorrectly delivered items must be returned in an unused and undamaged condition in their original packaging (seals and protective plastic covers must not be broken when purchasing vinyl records, DVDs, CDs and other sealed items including audio and video recordings.
Return items along with the relevant invoice or a copy (front and back page). Enter the reason for your return on the back of the invoice.

If a resolution cannot be found between you and VEGA, you can file a complaint with:

If you are a consumer resident in another EU country, you can also register your complaint on the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform. The platform is available at the following link: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/?event=main.home2.show. If you register a complaint here, please notify us by e-mail at: email@example.com.
We may assign our rights and obligations in accordance with the Terms and Conditions without your consent provided such assignment does not adversely affect your rights in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
If required in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, VEGA will send you information by e-mail at your registered e-mail address and you should send information to VEGA at firstname.lastname@example.org.
VEGA shall not be responsible for failure to comply with obligations arising from circumstances beyond its control.
These Terms and Conditions therefore constitute the entire contract between you and VEGA in relation to the respective subject matter and replace any previous written or verbal contract or agreement between you and VEGA.
You shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information provided. VEGA reserves the right not to process orders in the event of fraudulent practice or suspected fraudulent practice or incomplete information.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
LAW AND JURISDICTION
Any dispute regarding the interpretation or application of these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to Danish law and the Danish courts shall have jurisdiction.
